How can I know the condition of vintage items?
I examine items carefully as I am writing the listing. I try my best to note and accurately describe any flaws or condition issues. Vintage items rarely look like new items. I like to take close-up photos that usually reveal condition. If you find that the condition was misrepresented, I will accept a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact me with photos within 3 days of delivery. Send photos of the damaged items and their packaging. If you send the photo proof within 3 days of receiving your item, I will issue a complete refund for damaged items.
