IndusVella

This Privacy Policy explains how IndusVella uses buyer information received through Etsy.

IndusVella is based in Krakow, Poland and sells selected Pakistan-origin goods to buyers in Europe and selected international markets.

Information I Receive

When you place an order or contact IndusVella through Etsy, I may receive information needed to process your order, including your name, Etsy username, email address, delivery address, order details, payment status, and messages you send through Etsy.

I do not receive your full payment card details. Payments are handled by Etsy and its payment providers.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information only when necessary to:

- process and fulfil your order;
- arrange production, packing, dispatch, tracking, delivery, returns, or exchanges;
- answer your questions and provide customer support;
- resolve order problems, disputes, or delivery issues;
- keep business, tax, and accounting records;
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect my shop from fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

Sharing Information

I only share buyer information when needed for the order or required by law. This may include sharing necessary order and delivery details with:

- Etsy;
- postal services, couriers, and delivery providers;
- producer or fulfilment partners, including partners in Pakistan when an item ships directly from source;
- payment, accounting, legal, tax, or compliance service providers where necessary;
- authorities or regulators if legally required.

International Transfers

Some IndusVella products may be produced, packed, or shipped from Pakistan. If your order is fulfilled directly from Pakistan, necessary delivery information such as your name, address, phone number if required by the courier, and order details may be shared with the producer or shipping provider outside the European Economic Area. I share only the information needed to fulfil the order.

Marketing

I do not use Etsy buyer information for newsletters or marketing emails unless you have clearly given separate permission. Etsy Messages are used only for order communication, customer support, and buyer-requested information.

Data Retention

I keep order information only as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide customer service, comply with Etsy policies, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. After that, information is deleted or kept only where legally required.

Your Rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data protection rights, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, contact me through Etsy Messages or at hello@indusvella.com. You may also contact Etsy directly because Etsy separately controls much of the information processed through the Etsy platform.
