PPE PRODUCTS RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within the conditions listed below for a refund. Please note that due to FDA regulations some products cannot be returned due to the restrictions caused by COVID-19. Opened PPE items and other expendable opened items used in the direct care of patients, or worn while treating patients, (masks, gloves, gowns, etc.) are not eligible for a refund, if opened.
The product must be unused, clean, and undamaged (unless the damage occurred during delivery), and returns must include the original packaging and materials.
You will be required to pay all shipping costs, plus a restocking fee, for all returned items.
Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for a 15-25%% restocking fee (depending on the specific product), as well as all shipping charges, for those items returned to Industry SVG. You must cite the invoice number associated with your purchase to receive a refund.
Refunds will be credited once we have received and inspected the returned product (pre-approved returns only).

Cancellation Fee
If you cancel an order after your credit card has been charged, there is a 10% cancellation fee, due to transaction costs.
Return Instructions
We require the invoice number for all returns, regardless of whether the return is for a warranty or non-warranty repair, due to damage, or for another reason. We are unable to process returns without an invoice number.
When you email us to schedule the return of a product, we will require the following information:
• The original purchase order or invoice number
• The date of purchase
• The date the product was received
• The number of items to be returned
• The action desired (return or exchange)
• The reason for the return/exchange
• The contact person's name, telephone number, and email address.
All returns for expendable medical items, such as PPE, must be postmarked within five (5) business days of delivery. This allows for receipt and inspection of the items. After five (5) days, the product(s) are considered accepted and are not eligible for return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original containers, tags, and labels.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

General
Industry SVG, is an enterprise dedicated to the production and online sales of digital graphic art, oriented to safety, security, and hygiene on working environments, as well as recreational designs inspired on industrial and road iconography. Located in Stafford, VA, began operations on 2020.
Next, the digital products / graphic art / digital designs created by Industry SVG, hereinafter they will be called “graphic art”. Likewise, Industry SVG, which hereinafter will be called “The Company”, as well as whoever buys / acquires the graphic art of the same, which hereinafter will be called “The Client”, agree to respect the following conditions in use and handling of the graphic art:
File Download and Expiration Date
Once the purchase has been made, the Client may download the graphic art files whenever they wish. There is no expiration date for the download of purchased graphic art. However, The Company assumes no responsibility for some products that are no longer for sale, or if its online store is sold, transferred, or closes in the future, or other events that may occur outside of our reach. It is recommended to The Client that once the purchase has been confirmed, download the total graphic art files as soon as possible, and make sure that they can be opened properly.
Applications
The graphic art created by The Company can be used in a variety of digital and physical products. The following are some applications:
- Digital Media: social media, blogs, e-books, exercise books, advertisements, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents.
- Physical Products: signs for office and work areas, invitation cards, stationery, stickers, sign patterns, mugs, shirts, children’s clothing, sweatshirts, multipurpose bags /totes, etc.; made through different printing or cutting methods, such as: digital printing, sublimation, screen printing, vinyl cutting / cameo.
Author Credits
Author credit is the right of the creator of a work to be recognized as such, it confirms who owns the work. Recognizing the author is a regulation that every user of someone else’s work must apply, in such a way that its misappropriation or improper commercialization is avoided.
Personal Use License
• The purchase of this graphic art includes unlimited personal use for The Client. Applicable to physical products, personal use on social media, in your own company, or for non-profit uses.
• It is not necessary to give credit to the Company for the graphic art, although it is appreciated if you do.
Basic Commercial License - Credits Required
• The purchase of this graphic art includes a Basic Commercial License for The Client. Applicable to physical products, use on social media, in your own company, or to be used with their customers.
• The Basic Commercial License allows up to a limit of 1000 physical reproductions, or digital sales, purchased in a single order or through several orders.
• In this category, it is required to give credit to the author / The Company for the graphic art, since The Client will earn income for using it; we thank you in advance that these credits are expressed as follows:
- Digital versions: https://www.etsy.com/shop/IndustrySVG placing the link on the same page where the product is displayed
- Physical products: “Art: Industry SVG”, or “Design: Industry SVG”
Extended Commercial License - Credits Not Required
• The Extended Commercial License allows the Client up to a limit of 10,000 reproductions of the graphic art created by The Company in commercial products.
• The Client is not required to give credit to The Company for the graphic art in these prints for sale.
• In this scheme, the Client must acquire an Extended Commercial License for the graphic art of their interest.
• Please contact The Company for a separately purchase of the Extended Commercial License.
Large-Scale Commercial License - Credits Not Required
• The Large-Scale Commercial License allows the Client the unlimited reproduction of the graphic art created by The Company in commercial products. This category includes mass production, abroad order prints, reselling of printed physical products, wholesale printing in any medium, among other modes of large-scale marketing using the graphic art from The Company.
• The Client is not required to give credit to The Company for the graphic art in these prints for sale.
• In this scheme, the Client must acquire a Large-Scale Commercial License for the graphic art of their interest.
• Please contact The Company for the separate purchase of the Large-Scale Commercial License.
Additional Information
The following restrictions apply regardless of the type of license.
• The license for the use of these graphic art is non-exclusive, it does not grant its appropriation. The purchase does not transfer to the Client the Copyright or Trademark of the characters and / or graphics.
• The Company fully owns the Copyright on the graphic art created by it. The Client, or user, cannot claim them as their own.
• The purchase of graphic art does not allow The Client to sublicense / license third parties, copy, or resell; e.g. stock image / vector sites, share, transfer, or distribute graphic art purchased, in whole or in part, including providing it free of charge (freebies) at any digital mode.
• For commercial purposes, the Client must not reproduce the acquired graphic art as received. With the exception of the Safety and Hygiene signs, and other digital designs that given their characteristics meet the standards of certain official institutions, or graphic art that is designed to be reproduced as is from origin; e.g. sublimation designs.
• For commercial purposes, the graphic art acquired by the Client must be adapted to a design project. The finished project should be considerably different from the original graphic art, e.g. if you are going to design a logo, the original graphic art should not be the logo itself, but part of a new visual concept.
• The Client must not create other digital resources derived from this graphic art for commercial purposes, such as: clip art collections, digital papers, digital games / digital tools, scrapbooking (scrapbook kits), design elements, vectors, coloring books or other printable goods, etc.
• The Client must not sell digital products created with the graphic art acquired from The Company, in digital download stores / websites that are direct competitors of The Company, Industry SVG.
• When this graphic art is used in a digital product for sale, e.g. invitations, e.g. invitations, business cards, The Client must deliver their project to third parties in a finished design, flat, without layers. For use in web applications, such as: banners, covers, photographs, footers, digital buttons, files must be non-extractable, flat, without layers, at 72 PPI.
• Do not share any files on layers where the graphic art can be easily extractable.
• Do not share graphic art on a white page or background, which can be opened and used in any program.
• As for industrial embroidery, the use of this graphic art is allowed through a digital file of embroidery.
• It is prohibited for the Client and third parties, to make use of this graphic art outside the legal margin. Including, but not limited, the adaptation of the present graphic art in contexts of pornography, defamation, racism, or expressions of hatred.
• In case of any legal claim that may arise from related business activities with the misuse of our graphic art, the Client agrees to grant compensation in favor of Industry SVG company and its owner.
Return Policy
Due these products are digital files returns are not accepted. Please contact us, to resolve any doubt as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.
