Our posters are printed on premium-quality paper using high-resolution printing techniques through our print partners, ensuring vibrant colors and crisp details.
Where do you ship from?
We have a network of print partners worldwide, so your order will be fulfilled from the location closest to you, helping to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since our posters are printed when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the print, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
Because our print provider processes orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details. If there’s an issue, contact us, and we’ll work with Gelato to resolve it.
