My puzzles arrived with one slightly damaged, I have already sent a message about it to the seller. As far as quality of the wood used, shipping, packaging how the puzzles actually work. Everything is great. I highly recommend these puzzles and this seller.

It's been a few months since I have this puzzle to my father. He hasn't solved it yet. He solves most puzzles in like 20 minutes.
