Care instructions
Use gentle cleaning with a soft, damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals like acetone, keep them at room temperature to prevent warping, and handle delicate parts with care to prevent breakage
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Our shop DOES NOT give refunds or do exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL however we will be more than happy to speak with you to resolve an issue.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We currently offer to send your package to the person you wish to gift the item to with a box gift wrapping option for a fee please message us to discuss pricing and availability as all items cannot be gift wrapped.
SHIPPING DELAYS OR LOST MAIL
If you experience a shipping delay (after I have shipped your order), or lost mail please know that I am not responsible for this delay or loss of items. This is a Post Office issue and you will need to contact them. I can not help find packages I will only be able to tell you to contact them.
Processing Time (Turn around Time)
The time I need create and ship each order varies. I do my best to get orders out in a timely manner. Most orders will be filled within 3-11 days after order is placed, unless otherwise communicated between buyer and seller.
