I purchased the royal berkey stand and after 3 weeks of waiting for it, with no explanation, I received a refund with no item ever sent and no communication. Terrible business practices. Complete waste of my time.

Customer service was great, and I think the veneer and laser-carved logo looks wonderful. But the 3/8" plywood cover is heavy and cumbersome. A thinner, lighter material would have been better. Moreover, the sanded plywood edges lend it an unfinished look. I will probably add gold leaf or, perhaps, a thin veneer band. Anyhow, thanks for the effort. If the product changes a bit, I will happily return.
