Broken or Lost Orders
If an order is damaged in transit I will happily provide a replacement if a message is sent along with a photo.
If an item is lost in transit or shows as delivered and was not please contact the mail carrier and file a claim for refund. I am unable to provide refunds or replacement unless the item comes back to me in the mail.
