Our Promise to you: We promise to ship within our promised processing times with a tracked label.

In return, we ask: Please keep in mind that once we have given a package to USPS or another shipping provider, we have no control over the speed of movement or delivery. Please be kind and patient with your carriers.

While we cannot offer refunds for slow delivery or poor service from USPS, we are happy to open search cases, file missing mail claims, and contact USPS on your behalf. Just send us a message here on Etsy to let us know your item is stuck in transit or running late, and we'll do what we can on our end to look into it.

If you need your order by a specific date, please factor in processing/production time when selecting a shipping speed at checkout. Many of our items are ready-to-ship, but we also have items that can only be produced once ordered, which adds production time to the mix.

If you would like to upgrade the shipping speed on your order, or if you'd prefer to use another carrier altogether, please reach out to us ASAP, and we will be happy to give you some options and quotes on additional shipping costs. If your order is already marked as shipped, we cannot make any changes.
