From Field Meals to Bold Designs | Electrical Lineman Shirts, Decals & More
We’re Ink House Collective—a veteran-owned, lineman-run studio creating Electrical Lineman apparel and more in bold, tattoo-inspired styles such as, trash polka, biomech, and American traditional.
I originally started this lineman-focused Etsy shop to fund hot meals for crews working long, punishing hours after major storms—hurricanes, snow and ice events, tornadoes, and other outages. Hotels were often full or closed, which meant many linemen and women, tree trimmers, and cleanup crews slept in their trucks with little or no access to hot food. As a proud linewife who spent weeks—and sometimes months—holding down the fort while my husband (a two-time Iraq combat veteran and journeyman lineman) helped restore power for families like ours, I wanted a way to help him, his crew, and countless others. Designing unique, bold shirts became that way—sales helped me hire food vendors and catering companies to deliver hot meals directly to the field.
As the business grew, I realized I couldn’t maintain top-tier service while balancing a full-time job and two kids. That’s when we partnered with a dependable print-on-demand provider to produce our designs beyond shirts—expanding into high-quality decals and gifts with faster, more consistent turnaround. I still create every design in-house; our partner helps us print and ship reliably so I can spend more time with family and keep releasing fresh artwork.
What make perfect gifts for distribution and transmission linemen, journeymen, apprentices, linewives, girlfriends, crews, and proud families.
Popular occasions: storm season deployments, Birthdays, Father’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Labor Day, stocking stuffers—or just because.
