Frequently asked questions

My tracking says my item was delivered but I have not recieved it. Can I get a refund?

I will not refund an item if the tracking has shown it as delivered. I would suggest contacting your local post office and talking to them about a lost/stolen package.

If the item is lost but never arrives/not delivered and the tracking hasn't moved in 20 days (40 for international) I will gladly refund the item.
