The quality is amazing, I like that the design is mirrored. The packing was smart and secure, they provided small foam pads so the posts wouldn't rip through the parcel. I used the earrings as filler pins and the foam pads to prevent the posts from scratching the bag as well. Thanks so much!

Where is my item?

First check did you buy tracked postage? Before contacting me please ensure you check what type of postage you have bought and if I have already provided a tracking number.

If you are in the UK please allow up to 10 days from the shipping date for the item to arrive.

If you are from Europe please allow 20 days from the shipping date for the item to arrive.

If you are from anywhere else world wide please allow 25 days the shipping date for the item to arrive.

In the case that the item has not arrived after these periods of time, I can offer a refund or replacement but will not beforehand as I will be unable to make a claim with Royal Mail before these dates.

Incorrect addresses

Unfortunately I am not liable for incorrect addresses, I will not offer refunds nor replacements. Please ensure you check your address is correct on checkout, especially concerning preorders.

Additional information on returns

Please be aware that my earrings are classed as intimate items and I do not except returns on these items.

Why is postage this expensive!?

This will be because you are trying to order to Germany or France. Since the packaging laws came into effect I have opted to no longer send orders to these countries. It is more expensive for me to pay the fees per country than I make from these orders.

Etsy has no function for UK sellers to remove these postal options so my other choice is creating shipping profiles for every other single EU country which is a thankless, time consuming task. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOUR ORDER TO FRANCE OR GERMANY.
