5 out of 5 starsThe quality and color of the leather are just absolutely lovely. The embossed logo was so beautifully executed. I am beyond delighted at how elegant these are. We ordered test versions in two different colors of the post design and are so pleased. We will now be ordering more and are going to try the 3-ring binder for larger volume presentations. The seller is responsive and everything was done exactly as represented. For custom items like this —- do not hesitate to place an order - you are in the right place.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes, I offer custom orders, but the minimum quantity must be at least 20-30 pieces. If you have a specific request, feel free to contact me, and I will review your proposal.
As for personalization, I provide two options: Engraving and Embossing.
• Engraving is typically used on wooden items and certain types of leather. Please contact me to confirm if your item is suitable for engraving.
• Embossing is exclusively used on leather and requires a special metal stamp, which needs to be purchased separately. You can find the stamp here: https://inkohoreca.etsy.com/listing/945758736.
What is your processing time for orders?
The standard production time for all items is 3-5 business days.
However, if the order exceeds 100 units, the timeframe may be extended based on the complexity and volume of the request.
Please note that the processing time begins once the design visualization has been approved.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, you can return an order as long as it is not a personalized product and has not been physically altered.
Please note that if a personalized product contains an error on my part, I will gladly replace it or offer compensation. However, if the personalization includes a mistake made by the customer, the item is non-returnable.
Can taxes and fees be applied to my order?
• PLEASE NOTE: All import duties, taxes, and fees in the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• USA
All Ukrainian-made products are now subject to a 10% import tariff upon entry into the United States.
• EU & UK
For orders up to €150, Etsy covers VAT, so no extra payments are needed. If VAT isn’t paid on the website, customs duties and VAT may apply based on the destination country. Additional charges, like customs or postal fees, may also be required.
• Australia
Orders valued below $600 are best, as Etsy collects GST for amounts under $1000 AUD.
• Canada
Taxes may apply upon delivery, as Etsy does not collect GST/HST for shipments to Canada.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
If you have not received an automatic notification from the shipping company, feel free to contact me, and I will provide you with your tracking number.
I work with the following shipping companies: FedEx, DHL, and Nova Global.
Why is my package delayed?
If the delay is due to technical reasons on my end, I make sure to inform each customer about the situation.
However, shipping companies may experience delays caused by weekends, holidays, or adverse weather conditions. Unfortunately, I have no control over such delays.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
Feel free to contact me regarding a lost or damaged order.
If your package is lost, both you and I should contact the shipping company to file a claim. Submitting a complaint from both sides increases the chances of a quicker resolution.
If your package is damaged, please take photos of both the exterior and interior of the box. These images will help us assess the situation and serve as proof for compensation from the carrier.
Are there discounts available for bulk orders?
In addition to regular discounts on orders up to $500 (which may vary depending on the period), I offer tiered discounts based on the total amount:
• Orders over $500 receive a 30% discount
• Orders over $1,000 receive a 35% discount
• Orders over $1,800 receive a 40% discount
These discounts are applied automatically.
Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes, you can purchase a sample with your own personalization, review it in person to ensure it meets your expectations, and then proceed with a bulk order.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Approximate delivery time:
• 5 to 7 business days to the US and Europe
• 5 to 10 business days to Australia and Asia
Sometimes shipping may take longer due to customs checks, holidays, postal delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
