Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
You can only change the delivery address within two hours of placing your order.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
As our products are made to order, exchanges or returns are only accepted if you receive your item misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it's a different product than the one you ordered. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and only in the aforementioned cases will the situation be evaluated and corrected. IMPORTANT NOTE: Exchanges or returns will not be made for an item of a different size or color. In the case of clothing, if you're not sure which size would fit well, please refer to our size chart; there is one for each item and you can find it in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom to ensure the measurements.
How long does it take for the product to arrive?
The estimated processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days, after which, shipping time takes an additional 5 to 7 business days.
