Everything at Inkwell of Disability is entirely human made, and the owner of this business is strongly against generative AI. These items are completely free of any AI usage in any stage of production.

Some items are hand-drawn, whereas others are ethically and legally sourced from Canva's expansive graphics library. (Every graphic is checked very carefully. However, due to the expansive nature of Canva's library, mistakes can happen. If we have accidentally used an AI-generated graphic in one of our products, please tell us immediately so we can remove it.)

When you purchase an Inkwell of Disability product, you have full rights to print and use at your own personal discretion. This includes in your home, on the go, or even as an independent therapist, teacher, or practitioner.

However, reselling, distributing, or borrowing assets from the products is prohibited. You may not make monetary profit off of the use or redistribution of our designs.

If you belong to a large practice or hospital, we advise you heavily to get in touch with us so we can best supply our materials for you.

Fandom and copyright law are quite complicated, so we'd like to address this head on.
This proprietorship is based in the United States. Therefore, we operate under US law.

In the United States, the designs you see here are an exercise of Fair Use. We only use graphics of any properties that are hand-drawn by us, giving an original and interpretative usage of a pre-existing property. It is explicitly intended as a fan-made product focused on the unique art and idea being presented in our contents. With this, we comply with copyright law and are using the content fairly.
