UK POSTAL STRIKES - please bear in mind that the UK postal strikes will slow down delivery and take this into account when you order. I cannot refund you if your purchase arrives later than you hoped due to strike action
I would like you to be happy with what you receive so please contact me if there are any issues. None of my cards are 3D and the image on the site is the actual card, a 3D card never existed so please do not buy one if you want 3D. This is made clear in the product description.
I will immediately rectify any mistake I have made at my cost but in most other circumstances I would ask that you be responsible for the postage cost on returns or I will make a refund less the cost of my original postage to you.

I ship card UK card orders free via Royal Mail Second Class postage. This has a delivery aim of 3 working days.
There is an option to upgrade to first class postage for an extra £1.05. This aims for next day delivery but often runs to an extra day.
Internationally Royal Mail aim to deliver to the US & Canada within 5-7 working days, Western Europe within 3 working days, Eastern Europe within 5 working days and the Rest of the World in 5-7 working days. This service is not tracked
These are only estimates and I cannot take any responsibility if your item does not arrive within the stated times. It is your responsibility to assess if something is goint to reach you when you need it. Give yourself plenty of time.
Bad Weather Delays Todays Update - much of the Uk is still under snow so delays nmay happen. Please only order if you accept there may be some delay
We mark our international card shipments as "Printed Documents" which are typically not subject to any import tax. However in very rare instances additional domestic charges may apply for which the recipient will be liable.
Our pictures are listed as pictures and once again should any domestic charges be added the recipent will be liable to pay for them
