Hello! Thank you for visiting ICAC! Please note important information/updates listed below.
When requesting a painting:
- Commit to a theme of your choosing or one that has already been painted
- Note that prices are non-negotiable
- Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. The artist will maintain contact with each customer to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of the painting prior to shipment by offering progress photos. It is the customer's decision on how they would like to receive the photo updates. If there is a discrepancy, an add-on requested, or overall the customer is not satisfied, the artist will either offer a new painting/theme, or a full refund.
- Every painting is unique, but the backdrop of the painting will be the American Flag for the time being per the artist's request to avoid delays on turn around time. If there is a request for a different backdrop, color scheme, etc., it will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Communication is important. If there is a specific time/date the painting is needed by, it needs to be discussed/annotated in the earliest stages of the painting process.
When requesting a Canvas & Craft Event:
- Cost/person: $40 (All payments need to be collected prior to the event date/time so please ensure all guests are aware of this before they commit to the head count)
- Maximum # of guests: 30
- Minimum # of guests: 10 (Anything less will be handled case by case)
- Sample paintings will be offered prior to committing. Each group has the option to pick ONE painting to paint for their scheduled event.
- We request 30 days notice when scheduling a date/time for a group event.
- The artist will offer assistance when requested as everyone has a different style or technique due to experience or lack thereof. This means every painting will be unique to the painter and that is encouraged and applauded. The painting is yours to keep so make sure you are happy with the end result prior to leaving.
- The goal is to enjoy yourselves with the group you are with so embrace the creativity, laugh, enjoy the conversations that will surely be had, but please respect the artist and those around you. Some may want additional assistance and/or instruction for their painting. If the artist feels that everyone is ready to move on to the next step, she will voice that. If you are needing assistance prior to the next step, it is important to ask. The artist is there for you and wants to ensure you are happy with your progress.
