What happens if I ordered the wrong size?
As a small family run business that prints totally unique items as they are ordered and does not hold an inventory we can't offer refunds or exchanges when the wrong size is ordered. BUT we can offer to print you up another for just the cost of the tee and shipping. Be sure to reach out to us in messages if you you find yourself needing to order a different size!
What happens if I leave a "Note to Seller" to request my items be delivered prior to the posted estimated delivery windows in the shop?
We suggest reaching out to us before placing your order if this is the case. We work with a print shop that needs a period of time for fulfillment, and we do not have the option for expedited fulfillment or shipping. Orders often get earlier estimated delivery windows than the super safe ones we keep posted in the shop. But leaving a "note to seller" with out reaching out first can lead to an automatic fulfillment where we are unable to offer you a cancelation or to our having to cancel your order if we are unable to reach you in messages to confirm the estimated delivery window.
What should I do if I need help with my order?
We check our messages often and are able to get back to you right away in most cases. Just leave us a quick message in the Etsy app, and we will take care of you lickety split! We take pride in our small family owned business, and we strive to provide 5 star, top notch customer service every time!
Do you offer back print?
We do offer back print. It does cost us a bit extra to print on both sides of the shirt, and we do have a listing that covers this additional fee. You can add it to your cart with the tshirt you are purchasing, or you can reach out to us in messages and we will send you the link.
