Turnaround time is in addition to the time it takes in transit by the post office - Please order as soon as possible, as all orders are filled in the order received, and NOT by the party date. Please see shipping estimated arrival below every item description.

No cancellations/changes/refunds/returns once your order is placed - No exceptions. Work begins immediately upon payment receipt. All items are personalized and therefore non-refundable. Please purchase shipping according to your event date, include your party date in the order.
We are not responsible for packages not delivered on time if you do not purchase correct shipping.

We are a family business. We enjoy spending time with our family during the evenings and weekends (After Hours - Saturdays - Sundays - Holidays), so expect extended delays to responses for emails/correspondence during these times. We appreciate your understanding.



Please note:
Although our store may remain open for browsing and purchase, we will be CLOSED during holiday and closure dates/times. This means we will be unable to process any orders or respond to any emails during this time. These holiday closure dates do NOT count towards turnaround time, as we are taking a break from the office to spend time with family and friends. All orders placed just before our vacation time may be delayed, but we will make every effort to accommodate all orders before vacation. Please check our shop announcements page for more important holiday/vacation closures.


COMMUNICATION
**ALL communications will be sent via Etsy. Please refrain from sending e-mails to my regular e-mail address as I seldom check it and it is very difficult for me to keep track of requests, etc. using those mailboxes
