I pride myself on providing you with quality products! My production time varies with each product. Please see each product listing for specific production times. For orders of 100 wood shapes or more please message me for a more accurate shipping and production time!

Due to using natural materials, my wood products may have variations in grain patterns, color, and texture. All our shapes are laser cut. Smokey edges are normal and will not affect the finished product.

All our products are shipped using USPS or UPS. We will email you a tracking number when your products ship! Please check each listing for their specific production times.

Due to the custom nature of all our products we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or offer credits.

If there are any concerns with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
