Currently I am shipping out orders once a week on Monday mornings.

Please understand once your package is in the hands of post office, I have no control over it. Some times usps will mark things as delivered before they are actually delivered. Please allow for several days to see if your package shows up. If you feel the need contact you local post office.

As of right now I only ship to the US and Canada.

All orders are shipped out USPS first class or priority mail. I currently ship out orders on Friday and Saturday mornings.

For customers outside the US. You the customer are responsible for any customs or import charges.

The stud earrings and hook earrings I use are stainless steal. As are the jump rings and other little jewelry making pieces I use.

I do have sterling sliver studs and hooks I can use in place of the stainless steel studs and hooks for a custom order.

The piece my necklaces hang from are sliver plated.

The necklaces I use are a waxed polyester cotton cord with stainless steal ends and extension chain.

If you love and want one or more of my pieces and have a jewelry allergy please message me. I would love to see if we can come up with a solution.

I do not accept any cancellation or returns. Please understand usps is experiencing delays and slower than average delivery times. Some times they will mark package as delivered long before they actually get delivered. Please allow for several days to see if your package shows up.

Polymer clay can be fragile if dropped. So please be careful with you Polymer clay accessories. Each piece is a hand made piece of art. Please Treat them with care.

If you feel the need to wash your piece of polymer clay jewelry. Use warm water and a little bit of soap with a damp cloth. Then dry.

For glazed pieces. Please do not use disinfectant or cleaning products on your item. Only a damp cloth. Using a damp cloth lightly wash with soap and water. Cleaning products will brake down the glaze.

Please be patient and keep an eye on your tracking. I have not control over shipping speeds.
(US shoppers) Please consider the chaotic nature of holiday shopping and shipping. If you are ordering something specifically for a holiday, if it is a gift or something for your self. Please place your order 2-3 weeks before you need them. No later than 7 days before date in question. Though If you place an order 1 week before any holiday. I can not guarantee your order will reach you before the holiday in question. Orders shipped out Thursday and Saturday morning. Shipping upgrades are available.

US buys can choose between first class or priority Mail.

Shipping from the US TO Canada is estimated to take between 7 - 21 days However there may be customs delays. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost and any possible customs or import charges. Check with your local post office if you are unsure what these might be.

Canadian buyers have the option to choose usps priority express international. which includes tracking. USPS standard international shipping dose not include tracking for international orders.
