Fun DIY classes/projects that inspire you to create more than you imagined.
Inspired Woodwork was created after inviting a few friends over for a fun DIY project several years ago. Since then I have had several classes in my home and mobile parties. As well as have an online store for those that want to purchase products and may not have time to dedicate to a class. I love helping others and the majority of my classes and products are solutions designed to help you accomplish those everyday problems that come up so often.
In 2010, my husband and I decided I could stay home and use my God given talents to start a business out of our home while taking care of our first born daughter. At that time I had a graphic design degree and 8 years of experience working in a large, commercial sign shop. I started out freelancing and doing family photography. That later evolved into starting to work with wood and creating functional and decorative pieces that we used throughout our home. This developed into my true passion and thus Inspired Woodwork was born!
IW has been such a blessing to my family and has been the perfect fit for us and has allowed me to use my artistic abilities in a fun and productive way. It has also been a great example for my children to see how important hard work really is and how you can use your unique skills and abilities. They have even started helping me with some projects and creating their own line of art that we often sell and display at local vendor fairs.
