Custom and personalized orders
Yes—send me an Etsy message before ordering with the design, color, wording, or size you have in mind. I’ll confirm whether I can accommodate the request, pricing, and timing before you purchase.
How do I download my digital files?
After Etsy processes your payment, sign in on a web browser and go to Your account > Purchases and reviews > Download files. The Etsy app does not currently support digital downloads. Message me if you have trouble accessing your files.
Are frames or physical prints included with wall art?
Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, printable wall art is delivered as digital files only; frames and physical prints are not included. Physical product listings, such as woven blankets, are clearly labeled and shipped to you.
What if my physical item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Please message me within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. I’ll help arrange a replacement or refund. For returns and exchanges, follow the policy shown on your item’s listing. The Nebraska woven throw blanket accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the conditions shown in that listing.
