Q- Do you accept custom orders?
A- At this time we do not accept custom orders.

Q- Can you resize this pattern and make it smaller (or larger)?
A- Every stitch represents a part of a final project. There is no way to resize that without changing the pattern completely. Another words, it would have to be a new custom pattern order. The best way to make it smaller or larger is to use a different count Aida fabric. The higher the count number the smaller your finished project will be, using the same stitch count.

Q- What is the size of the finished project?
A- Project size is listed in the description page and/or in the images section

Q- How many colors of the thread is in this pattern?
A- Colors are listed in the pictures section of the description page

Q- What size of the Aida fabric do I need?
A- It depends on how you want to use your finished project (i.e. frame it, make a pillow, etc.)

Q- What count of the Aida fabric do I need?
A- Patterns are designed for the 14 count, but you can use larger or smaller count, if you want your finished design to be larger or smaller.

Q- Are there half or quarter stitches?
A- No - full stitches only

Q- What brand of thread is used in this pattern?
A- DMC

Q- DMC names don't match
A- Please follow DMC numbers when purchasing your thread. Names are just a description of the color and can slightly vary.

Q- How much thread do I need for this project?
A- Most patterns include a "thread lengths" page, if you purchased a pattern that did not come with it, contact us and we will send it to you.

Q- Does this pattern comes with a fabric and a thread?
A- No, it's a digital download pattern.
