We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, according to the carrier's records, the shipment reached the destination area and delivery could not be completed at the address provided. The package was later redirected, which resulted in additional complications beyond our control. We have already issued a full refund, despite losing both the Shrutibox and the shipping costs. We have also attempted to contact you regarding this matter but have not received a response. We remain available to discuss the situation further.
