Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
You may return any items after receipt of 3 days without showing any reason provided that items returned in 45 days starting after your date of payment ,

as buyers you have some rights and returning items is your right, you will receive full refund including original postage, return postage is to buyers account. If items are returned later than 45 days, it is not possible to refund but still you may get replacements as any other listings in the same value. Please consider possible delays in return shipping therefore start return shipping immediately.

if you are a frequent buyer of our shop you may also put aside any faulty item to be returned later with possible future item like a year long but informing us with a message each time you found a faulty item, though it is very rare case as we inspect items before shipping. For frequent buyers there is no 14 day time frame but may collect faulty items for months and return by year and all at once for replacement.

We have two different payment gateways:

1. Payoneer, secure USA based payment gateway, it is very secure but it may refuse payment for small details you may omit during checkout. we give 10% discount for payoneer and we send invoices individually if you ask us to send. Not automatically sent. Payoneer requires minimum 50 USD to process payments. Below second option no minimum requirements.

2. Shopier payment gateway is our default payment gateway sending automatic links for checkout after your purchased. No minimum payment requirement. it is secure and very easy to pay. No discounts for shopier.

Shipping
We ship in 2 days after the date of purchase, if any delay we inform buyers. our items are shipped by Turkish Postal service registered mail with unique tracking number, and you will receive the shipment from your local postal authority a counterparty to international postal organizations agreements. Please refuse any damaged envelope which may cut or any hole on it indicating content of envelope was emptied/stolen, registered mails are insured upto some value and accepting any damaged envelope will void this insurance and thus your right as buyer to claim it was damaged and emty envelop.
