Awesome quality and even better customer service. Item was made, including personalization, and shipped quickly which was impressive during the holidays. There was a small smudge on one of the pages of the book (barely noticeable), but the seller sent a replacement at the same time. I really appreciated how proactive they were in their customer service. I ordered this as a gift and it ensured my gift was not delayed. I would definitely highly recommend this shop!

This journal is beautiful! The craftsmanship is just amazing on it. The seller thought there was a mix-up with my order and another order and emailed me right away about it and was very accommodating to fix it! Luckily I received the correct order, but was still appreciative of their willingness to help. Great item and I can’t wait to give it to my fiancé!
