5 out of 5 starsMy cabinet with hutch is adorable! It is a nice fit for where I placed it, and I'm very happy with it. Communication was fast and easy with the seller. Delivery from New Jersey to Arizona took a bit because of the weather, but overall, I did not have to wait too long for it. The delivery driver kept in contact with me and delivered the item in great condition. Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsI will say that Justin was an absolute delight to interact with before/during/after the sale. He was patient with my many questions and assisted every step of the way. This piece was a big investment (both in price and size) and I wasn't sure how an online purchase like this would go. But Justin's explanation of the process and what to expect helped to ease my mind. Where things fell apart, was with shipping. A shipper was engaged (in fairness, I live in a remote area, so I expected I would not be getting the cream of the delivery crop). Not only did they instruct (and confirm) a $500 shipping fee to an incorrect Venmo (something they blamed on me and I had to spend hours fixing), they damaged the piece (small) again, blaming it on me. Justin however made things right so THANK YOU again! I love the piece - it's perfect!

What can I expect of a vintage item's condition?
We pride ourselves on sourcing and providing the highest quality vintage pieces possible. All pieces are subject to possessing minor wear consistent with age and use. However, these minor imperfections are to be expected and add character to each item!
All items are carefully combed over to make sure they will maintain their value in form and function for years to come!
We will never post or sell an item that has significant damage. All items are insured via our shipping carriers so please reach out if your order arrives damaged! We are always happy to work with our customers to make sure things go smoothly!
How does shipping work for furniture orders?
To coordinate an ideal delivery date and time frame that works for both parties, a phone number will be requested by us once the order is made!
We have a strong list of reliable, insured shipping carriers experienced in handling large furniture items! We also contract shippers via the uShip platform!
These shippers will blanket wrap each item and deliver it to your door unless otherwise specified!
In-home delivery costs beyond the first floor can vary. For an accurate quote, please message us a description of the delivery location including number of stairs and any obstacles that may be present!
What is the return policy for an item I purchased? (damaged/undamaged)
All sales are final (unless the item arrives damaged).
All orders are fully insured and we are happy to provide options for reimbursement and repair in the event an item is damaged in shipping!
If you do receive a damaged items, please take photos of the item along with its packing materials and message us as soon as possible!
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you are not happy with an undamaged order and we will do our best to provide a fair solution.
How long does a furniture order take to arrive?
From the moment your order is made we begin coordinating with shippers so you can begin enjoying your new piece as soon as possible! (and so we can make space for new finds of our own!)
We are a small business with limited infrastructure but we pride ourselves on getting orders to our customers as quickly as possible! Most furniture orders are fulfilled within 2-6 weeks but may take as long as 10 weeks depending on the region in the United States.
Most items are available for free pickup within 3-5 days of ordering!
We can also provide free curbside delivery to Philadelphia for all furniture items!
