Filled a full order with this company only to find out 6 weeks later that they will not be able to fill my order even though 2 weeks ago she told me my order was in the final production phase and would be ready to ship out the next day. Do NOT order from this shop they will ruin your wedding for you!

We recommend reading all information below before placing an order. Our production schedule fills quickly & we want to ensure clients plan accordingly.

Sample orders ship in approx. 2-3 weeks. **

Before making your sample purchases and paperie selections, please note that we do have a minimum order requirement of $100 for all custom orders.

All items will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Should the time frame above cut close to your wedding date, we recommend that you request upgraded shipping (UPS 2-day is our rush shipping method).

** The above timeframe is ONLY an estimate - occasionally, production time may be extended due to back-ordered paper and supplies, holidays, shop closures, weather and shipping delays out of our control. The earlier you place your order, the better! =)

Accepted payment methods

We are currently accepting payments via Paypal.
NOTE: Due to the custom nature of our items and special-order paper, once your order is placed & payment has cleared, no refunds will be given.
Once items are completed, items will ship via USPS Priority Mail (with the exception of samples & orders under $20.00, which will ship via USPS First Class Mail). Once the order has left our studio and has been handed over to USPS for shipping, delivery is out of our control. Please reference tracking details for delivery estimates.
(Clients should note that changes requested to your shipping address after the order has been placed may cause further shipping delays.)
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds can only given if order has not shipped. Once our order has shipped, we do not offer refunds for our sample items.

Please note that all refunds will be subject to a $0.30 Paypal processing fee.
Additional policies and FAQs

Your wedding stationery is a very intricate & important detail of your wedding day. We want to provide you with as much detail about our process as possible, so that you can plan accordingly! =)

For planning purposes, here's a quick rundown of our typical process (once you place a custom order)...

PLACING YOUR ORDER - Once you've received your samples & decide to placa custom order via our website, 50% of our order total is due upfront.

PROOFING - Proofing typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the amount of edits requested. Client is then allotted 2 rounds of complimentary digital edits with each order, with additional changes of $10 per additional round. Once a proof is approved by client, all items will be placed in line for production & no additional changes can be made.

PRODUCTION - Production begins after the remaining balance has been paid, and a proof is approved for printing. Production typically takes approx. 3-6 weeks, depending on the size of your order + the time of year it's placed (May-Nov. are our busiest months).

SHIPPING - We currently ship via UPS. Tracking details will be provided for all orders. However, please note that we have little control over delivery, once the package is in transit. If you would prefer another shipping method (UPS, FEDEX), please let us know & we'd be happy to accommodate your request. Additional s/h fees may apply.
