Gift wrapping and packaging
I have been told my packaging is lovely, but for a special occasion I would be more than happy to personalize it!
Custom Made Orders?
I don’t exactly make custom orders but I would be willing to exchange a few messages to see what I can work out :)
Where do you find your Vintage items?
I find my items in local flea markets, thrift stores and small businesses! Everything comes cleaned and touched up!
Do I accept returns?
Unfortunately I do not accept returns, but if you message me with any issues you may have I am happy to work something out for you :)
What if the items is damaged in the mail, will I get a refund?
Unfortunately the mail is sometimes unreliable with their handling and I do my best to package items with plenty of protective supplies and writing fragile all over the box. As stated previously I don’t do returns and refunds but I will be happy to see what I can work out with you.
My items have minor imperfections/cracks on the handmade Ceramics, what should I do?
I do my best each and every time to ensure the item is not compromised by any minor dents/cracks, I make them aware in the shop photo and the item seen will be the item sent. As a hand sculptor is very hard to get the smooth finish I would like but I would never sell anything that is not up to my own standards :)
What is the additional processing fee for?
Because I am a small business , I have to supply all of the protective packaging and boxes for the shipment, this helps me a little with that cost of the supplies
