Beautiful piece. It arrived on time. IronRusticArts was easy to work with. When they didn't understand my request, they asked questions. Also, they completed my request...and they didn't think it look right...so sent a suggestion to make it better...and then REMADE IT. That is excellent customer service. Would recommend this store and this piece.

This item shipped over a week after it was scheduled to. It also didn't match the reference photo, the creator no longer makes them that way. The rods are not fastened into place. One of mine fell out right away (they're heavy so be careful, watch your toes). It also wasn't as sturdy as the other reviews might suggest. My shelves were not flush with the sides so it wobbles. They blamed it on the wood (not the case, it was actually the construction you can see the gaps where they improperly nail gunned it). Other reviews also suggest that it is packaged professionally, mine came in a make-shift box covered in black duct tape to hold it together (shipping was $30). Be aware that they don't provide a way to hang it and because the boards are old pallets, and small, so you could crack the boards where you try mount it to the wall.
