Florals on florals on florals...
I grew up in Ecuador surrounded by mountains in a sunny valley, playing outside barefoot, hanging upside-down from trees and looking at creepy crawlers on the ground all day so its no wonder most of my inspiration comes from the natural world.
Now in my late twenties living in a different country and in a state that has fully distinct seasons I have a whole new world to look at for inspiration! By studying leaves and flowers during the warmer months, and the fascinating patterns of ice during winter time I design organic patterns for textiles and surfaces.
In this shop you'll find some my designs in different products like scarves and bags, art prints and polymer clay statement earrings.
The video above is one of the process time-lapse I've made to show the evolution of on the clay slabs. This part usually take around 4+ hours and you can see it condensed into 30 sec!! 🙉It is really satisfying to watch the lemon vines grow and I love the meditative aspect to creating intricate patterns with clay.
