Do you make custom orders?

I am always happy to customise items or make pieces to order so please drop me a message and let's talk about your ideas

How do I look after my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking fresh, pop you jewellery back in its box before showering, applying cosmetics, swimming or sleeping.

Will my jewellery be hallmarked?

In the UK, it is illegal to sell jewellery without a hallmark based on the following weights:

Silver: above 7.78 grams
Gold: above 1 gram
Platinum: above 1 gram
Palladium: above 0.5 grams

As most of my jewellery is below these weights it isn’t hallmarked (it will be if it’s above these weights) If you would like to add hallmarking to an item let me know and I can arrange this at an additional cost.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order will come packaged ready to give as a gift or to open as a treat to yourself. All my packaging is recyclable.

If you want me to send it directly to a friend, let me know at checkout and I can add a personalised message for you. Also don’t forget to put their address as the shipping address.

How will my order be shipped?

I offer free shipping on all UK orders and they are sent via Royal Mail (either 2nd class or 48 hour tracked depending on the value) There is the option to upgrade to special delivery at checkout.

Does your jewellery contain nickel?

NO. I work with 925 recycled sterling silver which contains no nickel.
