How it works
Purchasing one of my printable planners is simple and easy. Simply select that planner(s) that you would like to purchase and add it to your basket. Once you have checkout and your payment has cleared your planner will be available immediately for download. You will also receive an email from Etsy containing a link to direct you to your download and you can access the print files at any time by accessing your Etsy account and selecting “purchases and reviews”
Custom and personalized orders
You will receive a .zip file containing your planner kit/inserts. The .zip file will contain a separate print file for each planner kit and add on planner pages you will also receive a print guide to help you through the print process should you wish to print your inserts at home.
Custom and personalized orders
The quality and colors projected on the printed product will depend upon your printer and print preferences and may vary slightly from the colors projected on your monitor. This is due to the way in which color is displayed on the screen. The color scheme of this planner range is purposely designed to be light in color.
Please do not freely distribute the files purchased. They are designed for your personal use only and are not available for commercial use. All copyrights are owned by me and are not transferable upon sale.
Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be offered however I will work with you to resolve any problems that you may have. For further details please check out the Policies Sections of my Etsy shop.
Taxes & VAT
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all taxes and applicable import duties on the items they order. If you are purchasing a digital file and you are located within Europe your purchase may be subject to VAT which will be added at the checkout stage. VAT rates are set by your country of residence and not by Etsy or by IsideCo.
If you are purchasing a physical product please note that import duties may be applicable to your purchase and charged at your destination. Import duties are set by your country of residence and are out of our control.
Additional Information
All planner inserts are designed to be opened with Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Reader is available free via the Adobe website. The print files are set to print duplex (double-sided). If your printer does not have this option available then consult your printer manual which should tell you how to print duplex manually.
The print files can be printed at home or professionally. The inserts come with a margin to allow for binding leaving the design of the inserts intact.
