When someone places an order, I have it ready to ship in 24/48 hours. Once delivered to transport, depending on the country in which you reside, it will take more or less to receive it. These are the approximate delivery times:
• For Spain: 1-4 business days, approximately.
• For Europe: 4-10 business days, approximately.
• For the rest of the countries: 5-35 business days, approximately.
Delays can occur depending on the work involved in customs.
𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧: Due to the current situation due to 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱-𝟭𝟵, it is very likely that 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀, and delivery times will be much longer.

Sorry, but 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱. Please understand that many of my items are made to order, such as chips for Blythes, others, such as earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned. And the dolls are unique works ... they are collector's items, which take many hours of dedication ... What you see in the photographs is what it is. I understand that whoever purchases a doll is because they liked it beforehand, and they are sure of their purchase. Also keep in mind that although I put time, patience and care in every detail of the articles that I create, they are hand-made works, and they cannot be perfect. Something that, on the other hand, makes them unique and special.

I thoroughly prepare all packages before shipping, so that they are not damaged during the journey to their destination, and a breakage incident would be highly unlikely. But 𝗶𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻, please send me a 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 and 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 of the item. This photograph must be sent the same day you receive the order. If not, I will consider that it has been broken once you already had it in your possession. Only the amount of the item will be refunded, and not the cost of shipping it.

I want you to know that it is very, very important to me that my customers are happy with their purchases. 𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗲, 𝘆𝗲𝘀. If you would like to buy any of the ones for sale, but it is very difficult for you to pay for it at once, there is the option of paying it in two, three or four installments (depending on the total price of the doll in question ). Children can play with them, of course ... but they are handicraft pieces, 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, that 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. They have not been created as toys for children. So if it is used for that purpose, it must be taken into account that its duration will be shorter. And I will not be responsible for possible damage or breakage.
