Returns and exchanges
At Isla & Boo we take pride in making each and every item with the same care and time to ensure you receive only the best from us. If you are for any reason not satisfied with your products, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Our customers happiness and satisfaction is most important to us!
Payment
Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. We will not start on your order until payment is received.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers in Florida will be charged 6% sales tax.
Shipping
All orders will take between 2-3 weeks to ship out.

If you would like your order EXPEDITED and are in need of RUSH shipping, please feel free to contact us through the Etsy contact seller function to discuss pricing and to set this up.

International orders are shipped using First Class International mail. This means that once it leaves the USA, we are unable to track your package, as it is then handled by each country's own postal service. If you would like to be able to track your package, we reccommend paying extra for the Priority Mail service - convo us for pricing details.

If you would like us to include insurance on your order, please contact us through Etsy and let us know. We will need to add it the same day you order. We keep our shipping charges low to save our buyers money, so there is no insurance on orders unless you send us a note that you would like to add it. Jameson Monroe holds no responsibility for your package once it has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned. There will be no refunds for lost packages.
