We ship with USPS first class, package will arrive on estimate date most of the time, but not guaranteed, as once ship out, the carrier will fully take care the shipping process.

It's normal for sterling silver to change yellow or even black due to oxidation.
Just polish with warm water & a soft cloth, with a little soda powder added in the water, or just use toothpaste(no water added) to polish it, it will regain its beautiful shining finish.
After that, if you could brush a layer clearly nail polish on it, which will keep it away from oxidation and help the color last longer.
