My creations are handmade, with only natural, eco-friendly materials such as pure merino wool, silk and other natural fibers. They are felted with great care using hot water and a special soap (Savon de Marseille). I work in a pet and smoke free environment.

You can pay me via PayPal, credit card, or international money transfer.

If you want to pay by credit card, you can do so, but you will still have to go through PayPal interface, a secure online financial service, although you don’t need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay.

Shipping

Items are shipped worldwide from France within 1 to 10 business days after receiving your payment. I notify when your order has been shipped.

Shipping is always done by priority mail with tracking number.

Delivery takes usually 10 to 20 days for most of international destinations and 5 to 10 days for destinations inside the European Union. Delivery can take more time for many reasons which do not depend on me. Duties and customs fees which sometimes may be claimed are the responsibility of buyers.

I will always use your Etsy address for shipment. If you want your order to be delivered to another address, please let me know.
