I wish I could give Issabel more than 5 stars for how much she went above and beyond to get this fabulous hat to me. I ordered for Halloween but stupid US tariffs prevented her from shipping because of the size of the box; she asked others to help find someone who could ship but ended up having to hold onto this giant thing for me til Feb. I received it packed nice and snug, and it is absolutely lovely and a 1000% upgrade from the cheap garbage hat I was using before; I am also happy to report that I only barely fit through doorways with it on, which is perfect. She also threw in a Dimitrescu pendant for the difficulty, which she totally didn't have to do; it is a beautiful little trinket and I love it. Thank you so much, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everything you went through to get this to me. <3

Easy to follow instructions, please for the love of Christ. Use a heat gun or be stuck holding the foam for a long time.
