They responded quickly, and there was no problem with me. Upload in a new photo for them to use. I really appreciate it. The customer service.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship Ground Advantage from California on most items. We ship 1-3 business day after purchase and receipt of all information (Photos, Text, Special Instructions). Poker chips with 50 or more pieces typically go USPS Priority Mail.
Domestically, Ground Advantage mail can take up to a week or more to arrive, although it can also take as little as 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
Upgrades are available.
BLANKETS Customers:
Please place an order first, then you will be able to attach photos right here in this email thread.
10 is the maximum photos if we design the collage.
We feel 5-6 photos makes the most balanced collage.
NOTE: Etsy will only allow you to attach 3 PER messages. Send multiple messages.
One photo is fine, just make sure that photo is High Resolution.
Our 30x40 Baby/Pet blanket includes 1 photo only.
LAPTOP Skin Customers:
You must provide the Length x Width of your laptops lid. We will make the skin to that size. We cannot accept diagonal measurements or Model #'s as the info available online varies.
POKER CHIP Customers:
Place your order and fill in the information in the Personalization Section. Be as details as possible for the best results.
Attach the image or photos you want using Etsy Messenger. Keep in mind the print area is 1 - 1/4" so close up photos work better.
