The seller was very responsive and even reached out to see if we wanted pupils on the eyeballs, since the Kraken logo doesn't have them. The hat arrived ahead of schedule and was just as pictured and very high quality. I'm glad I didn't go with the $40 ones on A#&20N.

5 out of 5 starsThe hat is well made and I’m very pleased! I received it with the wrong color eyes but the seller messaged me, refunded the cost of me shipping it back, fixed the color of the eyes no charge, and shipped it back to me….all within a weeks time. Couldn’t recommend them enough! ^~^
