Welcome to my “ItsMikesTurn” ETSY store. I have been a wood worker since I was a teenager. My father was a home builder and finish carpenter and I spent many days learning my craft with him. I am a retired food scientist and engineer who specialized in food regulatory compliance. I have won numerous awards in both woodworking and woodturning and have had my work pictured in woodworking and woodturning magazines around the world.

PAYMENT
I accept PayPal and credit cards through ETSY's direct check-out. Shipment is made within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared. We are closed on holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING METHOD
I pack carefully to help ensure a successful delivery. I ship via USPS without insurance, within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared. I do provide the tracking number which can provide a general idea of where your package is, it doesn't always reflect its progress. If you wish insurance, please contact me in advance.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
I prefer to not ship outside the United States.

HOW TO CARE FOR MY FINE WOODEN CREATIONS
Wood turned items need little more than a light dusting every so often with a soft cloth. Also keep them away from direct sunlight and extremes of heat and moisture. Use them frequently to develop the patina of love.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
My items are handmade, one-of-a-kind. I provide multiple photos of each piece. Please consider all sales final. I am pretty reasonable to work with, so, if any misunderstanding arises, please contact me for resolution before airing a public grievance.
