USA CUSTOMERS: Your purchases are taking to Canadian carrier, Chitchats, who take packages to USA CBP, then directly to USPS distribution centers and delivered to your door.
ItsVera pays the DDP (USA tariffs, customs and duty charges) for you. These fees are usually added to the buyer, not paid for by the seller.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International purchases, Canada Post Airmail without tracking (2-3 weeks).

THE PROCESS
After designing items, Vera sources material, saws or cuts, files, sands, cleans, forges into shape, cleans, polishes, wraps, packages, labels and mails every item purchased from her shop. And Vera also stages, photographs, edits and publishes the images and text you see the ItsVera Etsy shop.
