All of our orders are put together with great attention to detail and are packaged beautifully to give you the experience of opening a gift. All of our items are very unique and most you can only find them here as they are our own designs. We hope that you find something you love!

I try to respond to conversations and questions right away ( 2 business days).

Processing an order (starts after payment is received):
2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Please allow more time for
custom orders see the listing for timeframes.

All of my items will be ship by Priority Mail 2-3 business days, unless its International.

Rush orders are available upon request, please contact me.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The shipping for international orders are an estimate only. International orders ship via regular post mail. .

Once the post office has your order it is out of my hands. If you would like to add insurance or express mail with confirmation please contact me to adjust the shipping before you purchase an item. I am not responsible for lost or damaged orders if the item shipped the US or its confirmed that it was delivered.

All items are created in a non-smoking environment.

PERSONALIZATION:
Many of our albums and journals can be personalized. We hand print each letter of the name using inks and ribbons. Once an item has been personalized and shipped to you we are no longer able to unpersonalized it as it is out of our hands. if you have any questions about personalization and custom orders please contact us prior to purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGES:

Due to the fact that our items are handmade we do not do exchanges or returns unless you received the wrong item. I ask that you look at the pictures carefully and if you have any questions contact me before. If your item is lost or damaged contact me and we can do a claim with USPS. Pictures will be required to submit a claim. I value great customer service so please contact me and I will be more than happy to see how I can resolve the issue and maybe provide some suggestions or solutions. All Custom Orders and Handmade Items are Final Sale.
