I absolutely love my new tumbler!!! The cup came in broken from the package handlers beating it up. It had nothing to do with the way the tumbler was made. I sent the messed up tumbler back and she fixed it. Wonderful customer service and awesome craftsmanship!!!! I really appreciate you and will definitely be a return customer for sure.
