Shipping Policies:
We charge $6.95 for USPS ground/standard shipping and it will comes with tracking. Unfortunately this rate could increase if USPS/post office increase their rates. And it seems the Post office been increasing rates a lot. When we started out 4 years ago, it was around $3.50 to ship. It pretty much double and still going up.
Markers:
Please understand the markers are handmade items, it won't be 100% perfect but we do try to make them as best as we can. Markers may exhibit minor misconfigurations such as bubbles (big or small), letter may sometimes not align properly etc. We always try our best but resins are very difficult to work with.
The tiny bubbles are part of the chemical process when resin are mixed. Depending on many factors, such as humidity, weather temperature (cold, warm, hot temperature), moisture in the air; they can all create more or less of these tiny bubbles. Sometimes the type of paper we used for the designs will also affect the bubble quantity.
**Very Important**
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed items. Standard delivery is 3-7 days through the post office. If you experience delay or lost packages, please contact us, so we can contact the post office and put in a search request. If they are unable to find it, there is still Etsy claims we can put through for a full refund. If that is the case, then simply take the refund and reorder. We will rush the new order out for you asap.
There is a $6.95 fee for returned packages due to incorrect shipping information (returned to sender). And yes, unfortunately the Post office do charge again to reship. So if your package get returned, we will reach out for a new address and method of payment to reship.

Return or refunds
The markers are custom made to order therefore we are unable to offer refund or exchange unless the product is defective or made with error.
We will approve cancellation request only if we haven't start making your order. Once your order is made and set aside to dry, we wont be able to cancel the order.
Please Note:
**We will try to make those markers as best as we could by paying more attention to detail, making sure small air bubbles doesn't form during the drying process, or letters doesn't shift when the resin hardens. However these are handmade products and there will always be a chance for some slight imperfection. If you are looking for 100% perfection, please buy elsewhere.**

Returns and exchange details
Items are not returnable nor refundable as they are custom made to the buyers specifications.
Naturally, if there is an issue with the order (the wrong color or initials are sent) please inform us so we can fix the order.
We accept cancelations so long as the item has not been made already.
In rare cases, if we accepts a return, you must pay for return shipping. Your refund will process once the item is returned in original condition.
Where are the lead letters/Initials place in your markers?
Standard markers will have initials placed on top of the marker design.
Specialty design markers will have initials embedded inside the casing so you get the full visual effect of the picture.
All markers come with initials unless listing states "None" or "without initials". Most markers can fit 3-6 initials (letters and/or numbers), please read the item description or contact us.
Average shipping time
We typically ship next business day or sometimes 2-3 days if we have large amount of orders. However so our processing time are extremely fast. But please expect 1-3 business days for processing
It's important to note the USPS does not guarantee delivery in 3-7 days; that is their average. If you need post office to delivery mail faster, we do have upgraded delivery option at checkout.
USPS Ground Advantage mail takes 3-7 days
Priority mail takes 2-3 days
Express mail is overnight to 3 days depending on location.
