How my order will proceed once ordered & Can I make a cancellation during this process?

Basically, We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Since, all order is made to order. However, if you have a problem with your order, we have ideal solutions to follow and it may solve the problems.

Rush production & printing is available?
Basically, most personalized print and invitation suites are unable to proceed with rush production. Please ask us for details prior to ordering.
Can you provide a digital file if I order physical copy or if I purchase it as a digital file only?
Unfortunately, we don't sell or provide a digital formatted template for any of our designs and products regardless you ordered physical copy or not. All rights reserved by Ivory Invitations. Any and all publishing and reproduction rights are reserved solely by Ivory Invitations.

+ Replacements +
We are happy to provide Replacements you have requested as following reasons:
* Item(s) is damaged when arrived : complimentary replacement provides / no merchandise and shipping cost charged
* Wrong items are sent by us: complimentary replacement provides / no merchandise and shipping cost charged. If the buy insists that they received the wrong color or item even though the correct item arrived: if we sent a correct color or item that is verified, We will not send the replacement and will not refund the money back.
We don't provide replacement for delayed shipping during transit due to third party. And We do not offer replacements for dissatisfaction due to variations in print. If your reasons are not described above, please contact us.
+ Cancellations +
We will start to print and production immediately and will ship most orders within 5 business days for non-personalized items. Personalized items and custom orders will vary the processing time.
The shipment is not made yet and within 24 hours from your order made, we are able to cancel your order for any reasons, please contact immediately if you should cancel your order within 24 hours from order made. After 24 hours from time of order, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee and the shipment won't be made. If you contact us for cancellation after shipment is made, the cancellation is not able to be accepted, since once the package is leaving from our end, the whole process is not out of control.
+ Returns +
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please kindly note that the return window is available for up to 7 days from the delivery date. We won’t be able to accept return requests submitted after this period.
We accept the returns you have requested as following reasons:
∙ Wrong items ordered by you: merchandise must be returned within 7 days from time of delivery date and return shipping cost will be charged. more details found refunds section below.
We don’t accept the returns you have requested as following reasons:
∙ unsatisfied buyer by their choice: misunderstood and misread the details provided.
∙ change their mind in a size, print color, and etc., after shipping made.
+ Refunds +
Refunds can be made with stated reasons above:
∙ buyer is responsible for shipping the returned product. Product must be Returned within 7 days of the original date of delivery. Good condition of product, includes a copy of the original receipt.
∙ 30% handling fee will be charged for delayed returns if the return shipped after 7 days of the original date of delivery
∙ Once we receive the package in good condition, we will refund your card for the cost of the product we receive.
∙ Refunds will be made within 2-3 business days from the time the returned product.
∙ Initial Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, also, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

+ Wrong shipping address and/or unverified shipping address submitted by buyers +
In the event that a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will offer no refund and Please be aware that in the event of a refund request due to the buyer's incorrect address, the shipping cost is not eligible for a refund when it is returned. However, If a reshipment is necessary, the buyer will be responsible for the associated shipping charges. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
