How do I access my digital prints?
You'll receive an Etsy email with a download link for JPGs or a PDF after placing your order. The PDF includes a link to a Google Drive to your access your JPGs.
If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. You may also try adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book.
Alternatively, if you have an account with Etsy, you can click on 'Your account' (top right corner of the page), then ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’
Digital files will not expire. You can download the files to your computer. The link may not work on smartphones or tablets
Help, my download was just a PDF or a zip file and I do not have a Google Drive account!
Due to size limitations on Etsy downloads, your files will sometimes be delivered via a zip file or a PDF file with a link to a Google Drive where you can download your files. This way, you are receiving the highest quality prints! Please note that you do not need a Google Drive account to access your download. Simply choose download and wait for the download to proceed. Ignore the prompt to sign up for Google Drive!
Please note that when you download from Google Drive, be sure to use the Google Drive download button to access the high-resolution file. Do not right-click to save, as this will save the low-resolution thumbnail.
How, where and on what should I print these files for best results?
You can print your files at home on your own printer.
You can also print them out by sending them to a printing center.

Your printed end product may differ depending on the quality of paper it is printed on. If you’re having trouble deciding which paper you should print with, high quality matte paper is often the way to go :). If you want to stay budget friendly try a card stock
Help! I used Apple Pay and can't find my download.
If you used Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email" when first creating your account. This means Etsy would have emailed the download information to a randomly generated email and not your own.
If you cannot locate your order by clicking here using a computer : www.etsy.com/your/purchases, please reach out to us via Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.

Where can I get your frames for the prints ?
The frames used in my shop listings are not physical frames that are sold.

How do I access my digital download if I do not have an Etsy account?
If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, please be sure to check your spam or junk inbox. If you are using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
Help, the download link is not working for me!
If nothing happens when you click the link to download, there might be an issue with your web browser. You can try a few things.
1. Disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again.
2. Clear your cookies and try again.
If your computer says the file has been corrupted, please delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please message me for help.
If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, clicking on the PDF link might not work. Please disable the firewall or reach out to me for the direct link!
