Help, my item appears to be lost, what do I do?
It is rare for USPS to misplace packages, but on the rare occasion they do, please contact USPS and open a case with them. Per shop policies we are not responsible once an item has been shipped. They are a lot more helpful and can open a case if need be. Please message us for further questions.
