We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage for most orders. For larger parcels, we typically use FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground Delivery. Upgraded shipping options are available for most items at an additional cost. Available options for each item are listed during the checkout process. You are always welcome to contact us to discuss other shipping options.

We currently only ship to the United States but will consider international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details.

All of our packages are shipped fully insured with tracking. Once delivery is confirmed, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages but will assist in filing any necessary insurance claims.

No, these miniatures are not meant for young children and many could be choking hazards. These items are for adults collectors only and are not toys.

Throughout the year, we may offer store-wide sales events, and we also often participate in Etsy's site-wide sales events. We occasionally offer coupon codes individually or as favorites or cart incentives. Sale prices will automatically be applied at checkout. Coupon codes will need to be entered manually where applicable. Coupon codes and sales are both types of promotions. Note that only one promotion may be applied per transaction. For example, a coupon code cannot be used on an item that is already on sale.

Due to the time and costs involved in appropriately and safely packaging and shipping vintage and antique pieces, a restocking fee of 10% will be accessed on all dollhouses, room boxes and similar display pieces, as well as all items priced $100 and greater, when returned under our return policy. We make every effort to accurately describe our listings and encourage buyers to reach out to ask any questions prior to purchase.

Your refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days of the seller receiving the return package. Tracking information will be used to verify this date. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional three (3) to seven (7) days for the charge to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.
